Key challenge

Deliver multiple programs in parallel while balancing carrier requirements, product differentiation, software and hardware maturity, cost, quality, certification, and immovable launch windows.

Context

Consumer-device portfolios require repeatable execution across multiple models, carrier variants, global engineering teams, suppliers, laboratories, factories, and launch organizations.

My role

Led product-realization teams and served as the primary bridge among product planning, global R&D, carrier stakeholders, certification teams, manufacturing partners, and executive leadership.

Leadership approach

Built clear integrated schedules, established ownership, drove risk reviews and escalations, and made practical quality, feature, cost, and timing tradeoffs while protecting launch-critical requirements.

Commercialization

Directed requirements compliance, software and hardware maturity, carrier testing, regulatory readiness, configuration control, production builds, launch issue closure, and post-launch follow-through.

Impact

Created repeatable delivery discipline across a multi-product portfolio and improved alignment between U.S. carrier expectations and overseas engineering execution.
