My role
Owned the integrated operating rhythm: milestone planning, phase gates, risk management, cross-functional alignment, partner escalation, commercialization readiness, launch recovery, and sustaining execution.
Leadership approach
Established a consistent cadence, clarified ownership and exit criteria, increased checkpoint frequency where execution risk was elevated, and translated technical blockers into clear business and schedule implications.
Commercialization
Coordinated FCC and DFS considerations, regional radio behavior, manufacturing validation, configuration control, packaging and labeling, firmware rollout, customer-support preparation, and sustaining actions.
